WinFwd IoT’s self-built environmental reliability laboratory has recently been officially put into use. Equipped with professional testing instruments including high-low temperature cycle test chambers, vibration and shock test benches, and salt spray corrosion test chambers, the laboratory is capable of conducting full-scenario and full-life-cycle reliability verification for positioning terminals.
In accordance with the company’s quality control standards, all products must pass a series of tests before delivery: 72-hour high-temperature aging test, IP67/IP68 ingress protection test, vibration and shock test, and salt spray corrosion test. This ensures stable operation of products even under extreme conditions such as high and low temperatures, humidity, dust, and strong vibration.
The official launch of the laboratory marks a further improvement in the company’s full-chain capabilities covering R&D, manufacturing, and testing. It breaks the previous limitation of relying on third-party testing institutions, significantly shortening product testing cycles and reducing R&D costs.
Based on this laboratory, WinFwd IoT can not only provide strict quality assurance for its own products, but also offer professional testing and certification services for partners, helping customers’ products quickly pass various compliance certifications and launch efficiently. In the future, the laboratory will continue to upgrade testing equipment and add electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing capabilities to further consolidate the company’s quality advantages.
